主旨:112學年度【福星校區】舊生床位第二階段候補登記公告

(適用具候補序號、設籍台中市十二區、尚未申請宿舍床位學生登記)

公告事項：

一、登記身分:若您為本校112學年度在學學位舊生，符合下列1~4項身分者，仍有住宿需求，且有意願等待候補至今年9月上旬，請填寫線上申請表單登記候補，俟新生抽籤分配完畢後，於9月上旬清點空餘床位，進行候補作業。

1.參與112學年度舊生床位抽籤且有候補序號，但第一階段候補(4/17~4/23電話通知)未候補到之學生。

2.放棄原中籤床位或放棄第一階段候補後仍有住宿意願者。

3.境外生、設籍外縣市或非台中市十二區，但未登記112學年舊生床位電腦抽籤作業之學生。

4.設籍台中市十二區(中區、東區、南區、西區、北區、北屯區、西屯區、南屯區、潭子區、大雅區、沙鹿區、龍井區)之學生。

二、登記時間 : 2023年4月10日(一)上午10:00至2023年8月11日(五)止

三、登記方式 :請填寫線上申請表單，表單連結: https://forms.gle/SrLezsdEe2eJn1cc7，或掃描QR code填寫。

四、候補時間 : 2023年9月4日(一)起至9月10日(日)止，以電話逐一通知確認(若有空餘床位將提前通知)，請核准住宿同學登入【MyFCU逢甲人資訊入口網】(校園生活-住宿-宿舍抽籤申請)查詢分配之寢室房號並繳交住宿保證金，列印住宿同意書。

五、候補方式 :
身份1、2參與舊生床位抽籤者，依照抽籤候補序號、房型床位餘額遞補。放棄中籤床位或放棄第一階段候補者排序於所有候補序號學生之後。
身分3~4未參與舊生床位抽籤同學排序於身分1、2同學之後，依照距學校路程遠近、房型床位餘額等遞補。

六、若您已於候補作業前找到校外其它居住處所，請提前來電福星校區營運管理中心辦公室(04-2451-7250 # 86001)，取消床位候補申請，避免影響其它候補同學權益。

七、尚未入住而若欲放棄候補床位者，請於開學前(9/11)以電子郵件通知本中心取消住宿(shs@fcu.edu.tw)，將無息退還住宿費(已繳保證金不退)，逾時不候。

八、學生宿舍各類房型請參閱逢甲大學宿舍服務網頁(https://dormitory.fcu.edu.tw/ )；宿舍費及其他費用等若有調整則依112學年度訂定之收費標準收費。

Purpose: 2023 school year registration method for Dorm Vacancies.

Announcement:

1. Eligibility: under graduate students (including International and architecture senior students, excluding super senior student) are willing to be a candidate for a vacancy and wait till the early part of September.
2. Registration Period: From 10 a.m. April 10, 2023 to 24 p.m. August11, 2023.
3. Registration Method: Online registration.
   Website: https://forms.gle/SrLezsdEe2eJn1cc7 or scan the QR code.
   From September 4 to September 10, 2023, you will be notified one by one by telephone (if there are vacant beds, you will be notified in advance), please log in MyFCU App (Campus Life - Dormitory - Applying for Accommodations) to check the assigned bedroom number and pay for the deposit, print out the accommodation agreement.
4. Order of priority: Students have number on waiting list take precedence over students have no number.
5. If you decide to live off- campus, please notify the Fusing Campus Operation Management Center (Contact us: 04-2451-7250 # 86001 or shs@fcu.edu.tw).
6. No refund (deposit) will be given if fails to cancel the reserved housing before 9/11.

   Accommodation fee and deposit will be according to the 2023 School Year Students Dormitory Fee List.
