112學年度第二學期學生宿舍床位候補事宜公告

主旨:112學年度第二學期學生宿舍 床位候補 事宜。

公告事項:

  1. 本校學生宿舍仍有空床位,欲申請下學期住宿的同學,即日起於上班時間(2/1-2/14春節期間暫停服務)致電福星校區營運管理中心詢問(04-2451-7250分機86005) 或親自至福星校區營運管理中心辦公室(精采學舍一樓)申請。
  2. 宿舍房型設施與收費請參閱福星校區營運管理中心官網。
  3. 台灣本國學生申請學生宿舍床位,可享每學期最高5000元「教育部大學生校內住宿補貼」,越早申請補貼越多。
  4. 候補申請說明:
    (1)依目前各棟宿舍空床位進行申請登記,填寫住宿同意書及開立住宿繳費單(保證金以逢甲PAY支付)。
    (2)112學年度第2學期住宿期限:
    福星宿舍: 2024年2月15日(四)至6月24日(一)中午12時。
    精采學舍、逢甲學舍: 2024年2月15日(四)至8月19日(一)中午12時。
    (3)請於入住前完成住宿費用及保證金繳納。入住時請攜帶「逢甲大學福星校區學生宿舍住宿同意書」至宿舍服務台(福星H棟一樓)辦理入住。
    (4)住宿學生請恪遵學生宿舍團體生活公約,配合福星校區營運管理中心輔導管理方式。
    (5)已分配宿舍者,若欲放棄床位,請於入住宿舍前致電04-24517250轉86001,或以電子郵件寄至 shs@fcu.edu.tw提出放棄,將協助刪除住宿繳費單(已繳納住宿保證金不退),辦理入住手續後不得要求退宿、退費。
  5. 有113學年度住宿需求的同學,可參加3-4月辦理的舊生床位抽籤申請(屆時請留意宿舍官網公告)。

Announcement:

  1. Available bed in student dormitory for 2023 Academic Year 2nd If any accommodations are needed, please contact Fusing Campus Operation Management Center Office during the office hours (The first floor of the Jing-Tsai Student House), Email:shs@fcu.edu.tw.
  2. Student dormitory room type please view website.
  3. The application process:
    (1) We'll arrange accommodations according to vacant beds and issue an admission confirmation and an accommodation payment.
    (2)The accommodation period:
    Fusing Dormitory: From 15 February, 2024 to 24 June, 2024 12:00 noon.
    Jing-Tsai & Feng-Chia Student House: From 15 February, 2024 to 19 August, 2024 12:00 noon.
    (3)Please complete payment and deposit of accommodation fees before check-in. When checking in, please bring the Agreement to the dormitory service counter to check in (Fusing H Dormitory 1F).
    (4)Resident students are requested to strictly abide by the student dormitory group life conventions and cooperate with the guidance management method.
    (5)For those who have been allocated dormitories, if they want to give up their beds, please send an email to shs@fcu.edu.tw to give up before check in (The deposit paid is non-refundable). No refund will be given after check in.
  4. Students who need accommodation for the 2024 academic year can participate in the “Application of accommodation for undergraduate students “ in March-April (please pay attention to the announcement on the official dormitory website at that time).
