115學年度第1學期住宿費及保證金要繳費囉~繳費期限至2026年5月20日止/Please complete the payment of the dormitory fee and deposit in the 1st semester of the 2026 academic year.

主旨：115學年度第1學期學生宿舍住宿繳費事宜

公告事項：

一、 住宿繳費方式:

(一)請於2026年5月6日(三)至2026年5月20日(三)至「行動e製單」，選擇繳費方式，於期限內繳交115學年度第一學期住宿費及一學年住宿保證金，才算具有住宿資格。

(二)繳費路徑:

1.登入行動逢甲app，點選「行動e製單」->校內住宿費。

2.登入MyFCU，校園生活繳費->行動e製單->校內住宿費。

D. 境外學生也可以登入元大校務網https://school.yuantabank.com.tw/school/ 

二、繳費截止日期:2026年5月20日(三)前。逾期視同放棄115學年度床位，不得異議，請注意自身權益。

三、若欲申請住宿費就學貸款者，請在繳費期限內先行繳納住宿費及保證金，於8月完成相關申請程序，待開學後本校生活輔導組會進行住宿費撥款事宜(分機2220)。請注意在繳納住宿費前，先行列印「紙本繳費單」留存或以PDF儲存繳費單電子檔，再持紙本繳費單至銀行辦理對保(住宿費繳納完成後，行動e製單僅會出現「校內住宿費收據」，不會再顯示紙本繳費單)。
住宿費就學貸款申請(分機2220)網頁 (記得台灣銀行對保後請務必校內線上申請)

四、請注意住宿保證金為不可申貸或不可抵免項目，需以現金繳費或轉帳、匯款。

五、依據「大專校院學生校內住宿補貼方案」本國籍住宿學生，學期住宿費繳費單得扣除「行政院補貼校內住宿費」額度:一般生5,000元、經濟弱勢生(低收、中低收入戶學生)、現役軍人子女7,000元。

六、若符合行政院校內住宿補貼資格同學但繳費單並未扣除補貼額度，請務必於5月15日(五)前來電告知，並傳送相關證明電子檔至宿舍信箱 shs@fcu.edu.tw ，註明姓名、學號，查核後將協助更正補貼費用。

七、已繳115學年度第1學期住宿費後辦理放棄者，不予退還住宿費及保證金，同學請注意自身權益。

八、115學年度第一學期宿舍入住時間:2026年8月29日上午9:00開始。入住時需備妥資料: (1)住宿繳費憑證、(2)住宿合約書(從MyFCU下載)。

Announcement:

I. Payment Period: From May 06, 2026 to May 20, 2026.

II. Payment Method: Please log in " the payment slip_e-Billing " , select the payment method, and pay the dormitory fee (one semester) and deposit (one academic year) for the 1st semester of the 2026 academic year within the deadline.

A.Access the "Mobile Feng Chia APP" on your smartphone-> e-Billing ->payment slip

B. Access through the website by entering "MyFCU" nine squares ->Campus Life-> Payment-> e-Billing->payment slip

C. Enter "Feng Chia University e-Billing " https://service202-sds.fcu.edu.tw/tuition/infologin.aspx

D. Access the "Yuanta E-payment" https://school.yuantabank.com.tw/school/

III. Overdue will be deemed as giving up the 2026 academic year bed, no objection will be allowed.

IV. If you give up after paying the dormitory fee, the dormitory fee and deposit will not be refunded. Please pay attention to your own rights.

V. Dormitory check-in time for the 1st semester of the 2026 academic year : at 9:00 am on August 29, 2026. When checking in, you need to prepare the following payment information: (1) Accommodation payment receipt (2) Dormitory Contract (download from MyFCU).
