113學年度第二學期學生宿舍床位候補事宜公告

主旨：113學年度第二學期學生宿舍床位候補事宜。

公告事項：

1. 本校學生宿舍仍有空床位，欲申請下學期住宿的同學，即日起於上班時間(1/23-2/9春節期間暫停服務)致電福星校區住宿服務中心詢問(04-2451-7250分機86005) 或親自至宿舍辦公室(G棟一樓)申請。
2. 宿舍房型設施與收費請參閱福星校區住宿服務中心官網。
3. 台灣本國學生申請學生宿舍床位，可享每學期最高5000元「教育部大學生校內住宿補貼」，越早申請補貼越多。
4. 申請說明:
   (1)依目前各棟宿舍空床位進行申請登記，填寫住宿合約書、開立線上住宿繳費單(住宿費及保證金由行動E製單支付)。
   (2)113學年度第2學期住宿期限:
   福星H、I棟: 2025年2月3日(一)上午9時至6月23日(一)中午12時。
   福星A、B、C、D、E、F、G棟: 2025年2月3日(一)上午9時至8月18日(一)中午12時。
   (3)請於入住前完成住宿費用及保證金繳納。入住時請攜帶「逢甲大學福星校區學生宿舍住宿合約書」及繳費收執證明至宿舍服務台(H棟一樓)辦理入住。。
   (4)住宿學生請恪遵學生宿舍團體生活公約，配合福星校區住宿服務中心輔導管理方式。
   (5)已分配宿舍者，若欲放棄床位，請於入住宿舍前致電04-24517250轉86001，或以電子郵件寄至 shs@fcu.edu.tw提出放棄，將協助刪除住宿繳費單(已繳納住宿保證金不退)，辦理入住手續後不得要求退宿、退費。
5. 有114學年度住宿需求的同學，可參加3-4月辦理的舊生床位抽籤申請(屆時請留意宿舍官網公告)。

Announcement:

1. Available bed in student dormitory for 2024 Academic Year 2nd Semester. If any accommodations are needed, please contact Fusing Campus Housing Service Center Office during the office hours (The first floor of the Building G), Email: shs@fcu.edu.tw.
2. Student dormitory room type please view website.
3. The application process:
   (1) We'll arrange accommodations according to vacant beds and issue an admission confirmation and online accommodation payment.
   (2)The accommodation period:
   Building H&I: From 3 February, 2025 to 23 June, 2025 12:00 noon.
   Building A,B,C,D,E,F& G: From 3 February, 2025 to 18 August, 2025 12:00 noon
   (3)Please complete payment and deposit of accommodation fees before check-in. When checking in,please bring the Contract and Payment receipt to the dormitory service counter to check in (First floor of Building H).
   (4)Resident students are requested to strictly abide by the student dormitory group life conventions and cooperate with the guidance management method.
   (5)For those who have been allocated dormitories, if they want to give up their beds, please send an email to shs@fcu.edu.tw to give up before check in (The deposit paid is non-refundable). No refund will be given after check in.
4. Students who need accommodation for the 2025 academic year can participate in the “Application of accommodation for undergraduate students “ in March-April (please pay attention to the announcement on the official dormitory website at that time).
