主旨:114學年度【福星校區】舊生床位第二階段候補登記公告

(適用具候補序號、設籍台中市十二區、尚未申請宿舍床位學生登記)

公告事項：

一、登記身分:若您為本校114學年度在學學位舊生，符合下列1~4項身分者，仍有住宿需求，且有意願等待候補至今年9月上旬，請填寫線上申請表單登記候補，俟新生抽籤分配完畢後，於9月上旬清點空餘床位，進行候補作業。

1.參與114學年度舊生床位抽籤且有候補序號，但第一階段候補(4/16~4/18簡訊或電話通知)未候補到之學生。

2.放棄原中籤床位或放棄第一階段候補後仍有住宿意願者。

3.境外生、設籍外縣市或非台中市十二區，但未登記114學年舊生床位電腦抽籤作業之學生。

4.設籍台中市十二區(中區、東區、南區、西區、北區、北屯區、西屯區、南屯區、潭子區、大雅區、沙鹿區、龍井區)之學生。

二、登記時間 : 2025年4月8日(二)上午10:00至2025年8月8日(五)止

三、登記方式 :請填寫線上申請表單，表單連結: https://forms.gle/VArf2ywN911JV3GP7，或掃描QR code填寫。

四、候補時間 : 2025年9月1日(一)起至9月5日(五)止，若有空餘床位，將以電話依序通知確認。請核准住宿同學登入【MyFCU逢甲人資訊入口網】(校園生活->住宿->宿舍抽籤申請->個人床位申請)查詢分配之寢室房號並列印住宿合約書。請於期限內繳交住宿費及保證金，即具有住宿資格(放棄候補床位者，已繳之住宿費及保證金不退還)。

五、候補方式 :
身份1、2參與舊生床位抽籤者，依照抽籤候補序號、房型床位餘額遞補。放棄中籤床位或放棄第一階段候補者排序於所有候補序號學生之後。
身分3~4未參與舊生床位抽籤同學排序於身分1、2同學之後，依照距學校路程遠近、房型床位餘額等遞補。

六、若您已於候補作業前找到校外其它居住處所，請提前來電福星校區住宿服務中心辦公室(04-2451-7250 # 86001)，取消床位候補申請，避免影響其它候補同學權益。

七、學生宿舍各類房型請參閱逢甲大學宿舍服務網頁(https://dormitory.fcu.edu.tw/ )；宿舍費及其他費用等若有調整則依114學年度訂定之收費標準收費。

Purpose: 2025 school year registration method for Dorm Vacancies.

Announcement:

1. Eligibility: under graduate students (including International and architecture senior students, excluding super senior student) are willing to be a candidate for a vacancy and wait till the early part of September.
2. Registration Period: From 10 a.m. April 8, 2025 to 24 p.m. August 8, 2025.
3. Registration Method: Online registration.
   Website: https://forms.gle/VArf2ywN911JV3GP7 or scan the QR code.
   
4. From September 1 to September 5, 2025, you will be notified one by one by telephone, please log in MyFCU App (Campus Life -> Dormitory -> Applying for Accommodations -> Personal bed application) to check the assigned bedroom number and print out the Dormitory Contract. Please pay the dormitory fee and deposit within the deadline to be eligible for accommodation. If you give up the bed, the Dormitory fee and deposit you have paid will not be refunded.
5. Order of priority: Students have number on waiting list take precedence over students have no number.
6. If you decide to live off- campus, please notify the Fusing Campus Housing Service Center (Contact us: 04-2451-7250 # 86001 or shs@fcu.edu.tw).

   Dormitory fee and deposit will be according to the 2025 School Year Students Dormitory Fee List.
