How To Apply For Housing

1.Enable your NID and Logging in MyFCU.
2.Please read Application Instructions.
3.Find '' Apply dorms and pay the fee ''.

Application instructions

1.Work schedule
(1)Application& Payment online ─From 9:00 am, August 5, 2026 to 24:00 pm, August 18, 2026.
(2) Read and agree all terms and conditions, choose the dormitory (Male students are assigned to Fusing I dormitory, and Female students are assigned to Fusing H dormitory), pay online by credit card or use Taiwan ATM ((pay housing fee for one semester and deposit fee for an academic year beforehand), and submit your order. (Please refer to the 【Online Dormitory Application Instruction】)
(3)Housing fee/per person

• Quad Room : Dorm fee NT$19,900 /semester, deposit NT$ 8,000 /academic year.
• The accommodation deposit is used for the equipment damage expenses. If there is any balance, it will be refunded without interest.
• The electricity fee is NT$5 per kilowatt-hour and is shared equally by all dormitory residents. The electricity fees for the room are charged by Easy Card according to usage needs.

(4)Check your result of room assignment on "My application record" and print out the Student Dormitory Contract Sheet after 5:00 pm, August 21, 2026 (Logging in MyFCU again).

2.Notice

(1)“Housing fee for one semester and deposit for an academic year” must be paid beforehand for reservation.
(2)Cancellation of beds will not be accepted after payment of fees (including not registering or dropping out of school). Dormitory fees and deposits paid will not be refunded after giving up the bed. Students who cannot cooperate should not apply for student dormitories.
(3)Housing fee shall be paid by 24:00 pm August 18, 2026.
(4)If there are special circumstances, please contact the International Affairs Office (iso@o365.fcu.edu.tw) or Admissions Office (osra@fcu.edu.tw).

3.Accommodation regulations

(1) Accommodation period :From 9:00 am on August 29, 2026 to 12:00 noon on June 21, 2027.( First semester is from 9:00 am on August 29, 2026 to 12:00 noon on January 13, 2027).
(2)Check in the dormitory with student dormitory contract during check-in period (After 9:00 am on 8/29).
(3)The room number is assigned by Fusing Campus Housing Service Center.
(4)Bedding sets are NOT offered. Please prepare your own bedding and personal supplies.
(5)During the accommodation period, please follow the Housing Regulations, the advice of teachers and dorm staff, and terms and conditions. Residents who violate the convention and ac-cumulatively deduct 10 points, the punishment will be discussed by Center. If necessary, the resident will be forced to leave (move out immediately) and deal with it in accordance with the dormitory life convention.
(6)After checking in, approved students are required to live for one year base. The housing fee should be paid twice at the beginning of each semester. No refund will be given when students move out of the school dormitory during the semester.
(7)The payment for living two semesters will be according to 【Academic Year Housing Rates】 ,whereas 【One Semester Housing Rates】for living one semester. Switching the stay from two semesters to one semester, you must to go through the procedure for moving out from the school dormitory before 1st semester. You have to pay the difference of the【One Semester Housing Rates】in case that you move out of the school dormitory, for any reason, in the 2nd semester. Late application will not be accepted (your 2nd semester housing fee still must be paid). Please refer to“The Student Dormitory Housing Rates“.
