114學年度第1學期住宿費及保證金要繳費囉~繳費期限至2025年5月14日止

主旨：114學年度第1學期學生宿舍住宿繳費事宜

公告事項：

一、 住宿繳費方式:

(一)請於2025年4月30日(三)至2025年5月14日(三)至「行動e製單」，選擇繳費方式，於期限內繳交114學年度第一學期住宿費及住宿保證金，才算具有住宿資格。

(二)繳費路徑:

1.登入行動逢甲app，點選「行動e製單」->校內住宿費。

2.登入MyFCU，校園生活繳費->行動e製單->校內住宿費。

D. 境外學生也可以登入元大校務網https://school.yuantabank.com.tw/school/ 

二、繳費截止日期:2025年5月14日(三)前。逾期視同放棄114學年度床位，不得異議，請注意自身權益。

三、若未能在繳費期限內完成就學貸款申請或低收入戶校內住宿費減免者，請先以現金繳納住宿費及保證金，再完成相關申請程序(記得銀行對保後請務必校內線上申請)，待開學後再至本校生活輔導組(分機2220、2518)辦理退費作業(請注意住宿保證金為不可申貸或不可抵免項目)。

四、依據「大專校院學生校內住宿補貼方案」本國籍住宿學生，學期住宿費繳費單得扣除「行政院補貼校內住宿費」額度:一般生5,000元、經濟弱勢(低收、中低收入戶者)7,000元。

五、若符合行政院校內住宿補貼資格同學但繳費單並未扣除補貼額度，請務必於5月9日(五)前傳送相關證明(如:低收或中低收入戶資格)電子檔至宿舍信箱 shs@fcu.edu.tw ，註明姓名學號，查核後將協助更正補貼費用。

六、已繳114學年度第1學期住宿費後辦理放棄者，不予退還住宿費及保證金，同學請注意自身權益。

七、114學年度第一學期宿舍入住時間:2025年8月29日上午9:00開始。入住時需備妥資料: (1)住宿繳費憑證、(2)住宿合約書(從MyFCU下載)。

Announcement:

I. Payment Period: From April 30, 2025 to May 14, 2025.

II. Payment Method: Please log in " the payment slip_e-Billing " , select the payment method, and pay the dormitory fee and deposit for the 1st semester of the 2025 academic year within the deadline.

A.Access the "Mobile Feng Chia APP" on your smartphone-> e-Billing ->payment slip

B. Access through the website by entering "MyFCU" nine squares ->Campus Life-> Payment-> e-Billing->payment slip

C. Enter "Feng Chia University e-Billing " https://service202-sds.fcu.edu.tw/tuition/infologin.aspx

D. Overseas students can also Enter “Yuanta Bank” https://school.yuantabank.com.tw/school/

III. Overdue will be deemed as giving up the 2025 academic year bed, no objection will be allowed.

IV. If you give up after paying the dormitory fee, the dormitory fee and deposit will not be refunded. Please pay attention to your own rights.

V. Dormitory check-in time for the 1st semester of the 2025 academic year : at 9:00 am on August 29, 2025. When checking in, you need to prepare the following payment information: (1) Accommodation payment receipt that has been paid. (2) Dormitory Contract (download from MyFCU).
